Jinhua-Ningbo Railway is the first railway designed and built according to the passable double-layer high container train in China, connecting Jinhua, Shaoxing and Ningbo. It is important for implementing the "the Belt and Road" construction and promoting the development of the "Yangtze River Economic Belt". It is an important supporting project for implementing the national strategy of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. As a passenger and freight railway, Jinhua-Ningbo Railway will realize the interconnection between the world's capital of small commodities (Yiwu) and the world's largest port (Ningbo Zhoushan port), providing important support for the construction of the Maritime Silk Road.

Jinhua-Ningbo Railway is led out from Yiwu Station of Shanghai-Kunming Railway, with Dongyang station set up. It passes through Shengzhou, Xinchang, Fenghua to Ningbo. The line is about 188.3km long. There are 9 stations along the way, with a design speed of 160 km/h and a reserved condition of 200 km/h.

Xingtu cooperated with China Railway NO.2 Engineering Group CO., LTD. in Section IV of Jinhua-Ningbo Railway Project, providing 10 sets of movable suspended scaffoldings for the newly-built Nanshan Lake Freight Station of Jinhua-Ningbo Railway . The continuous parallel construction of the five tracks can be precisely adjusted according to the actual construction space to meet the needs of simultaneous operation due to the modular design of the Xingtu movable suspended scaffolding.
