Project Introduction
该项目起自瑞安市阁巷东，接甬台温高速公路复线灵昆至阁巷段工程终点与温州绕城高速公路西南线工程的阁巷枢纽，经平阳县，跨越鳌江至苍南县，终于浙闽交界的岱岭隧道，与沙埕湾跨海通道工程相接。路线全长约56.9公里，采用双向六车道标准建设，设计速度100公里/小时。
