The Wencheng-Taishun (Zhejiang-Fujian border) Highway Project in Zhejiang Province is an integral part of the Liyang-Ningde (G4012) Expressway connecting line in the National Highway Network Planning (2013-2030), and also a part of the one connected Long (You) Li (Shui) Wen (Zhou) Expressway in the two longitudinal, two horizontal, eighteen connected and three bypassing three channels expressway network planned by Zhejiang Province. The total length of the project route is 55.96km, and the bridge tunnel ratio is up to 72%. It is the expressway with the worst topographic conditions, the most difficult construction and the highest altitude in Zhejiang Province.
