The total length of Changzhou-Yixing Expressway is 17.718 km, including Changzhou section of 13.780 km and Wuxi section of 3.938 km. The route starts from the hub of Wujin High-tech Zone of Changzhou West Ring Expressway, crosses Taige Canal and South Ring Line in the south through the reserved corridor of Wujin High-tech Zone, crosses Xilicaohe River in the east of Yuanjiatang, avoids Huayuan Village and Maoshu Village, successively crosses X203 and Xinyi-Changxing Railway, continues to route southward through the east side of Weitian Village, and sets Wanshi Junction at the west of Luwei Village and Shanghai-Yixing Expressway.
