The project of Changzhou Wuxi section of Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou South Expressway starts from Qianhuang Junction at the intersection of Changzhou-Yixing Expressway, and the route is southeast. The total length of the route is 43.9 km, including 22.43 km in Wuxi, 10.79 km in Taihu Lake Tunnel and 21.47 km in Changzhou.
