The new line project of Rongcheng-Wuhai Expressway is an important part of the four vertical and three horizontal regional expressway network in the planning outline of Xiong'an New District in Hebei Province. It starts from the south of Dawangzhuang village, LiuJie Township, Yongqing County, Langfang City, and ends at the east of liuzhuo Township, Dingxing County, Baoding city. It is connected with Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway at the intersection. The total length of the line is about 73 kilometers and the investment is about 23.216 billion yuan.
