Shangpu Shiplock and Waterway Project on Cao'ejiang River is located in Shangyu District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, from the junction of Shangyu and Shengzhou to Dashe Shiplock of Cao'ejiang River. The construction contents of the project include 1 new ship lock, 29km waterway dredging, 3 anchorage sites, 1 bridge reconstruction, 1 sluice gate, 960m river protection, and other navigation safety guarantee facilities, supporting works and ancillary facilities.
