Ethiopian Abay River Cable-stayed Bridge is located in Bahadar City, Amhara state, Ethiopia. It is invested and constructed by Ethiopian National Highway Administration, with a total cost of about US $52 million. The project implements American standards. The main bridge structure is a three span 100m+180m+100m low tower cable-stayed bridge, and the adjacent structures are box culverts and ramp connecting bridges. The main quantities include 47000 cubic meters of concrete, 8865.8 tons of reinforcement and ancillary works such as bridge deck drainage and lighting. The construction period of the project is 3 years.
