The project starts from Qianshang Village, Daoxu Street in the west, ends at the intersection of Renmin West Road and North South Central Avenue in the East, and crosses seven villages, including Miaoqiao, Qianshang, Yunli, Jishan, Lisi, Maojia and Guoqing. The total length of the main line is 4.915km, and the total length of the connecting line L3 is 0.435km. It is designed according to the standard of class I highway, taking into account the functions of urban roads.
