The starting point of Mengcheng Ring section of S305 is at the intersection of planned Outer Ring Road and S203, passing through Xiaozhaozhuang and Wulifang Village in the west, then turning South and crossing Guohe River, and the terminal point is connected with current S307, with a total length of about 6.235km.
