The newly-built Hangzhou-Quzhou High-speed Railway PPP Project is the first line in China to adopt the "PPP+EPC" mode. It is the third high-speed railway project introduced by Zhejiang Province after Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou High-speed Railway and Hangzhou-Wenzhou High-speed Railway with social capital, with a speed of 350 kilometers per hour. The completed Hangzhou-Quzhou High-speed Railway will become a fast channel connecting Hangzhou and Quzhou. It is an important part of the inter city rail transit network in the Yangtze River Delta. It is of great significance to alleviate the transportation pressure of the Quzhou-Hangzhou section of the Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway, improve the layout of the inter city railway network in the Yangtze River Delta, enhance the flexibility of the network, promote the integration of Hangzhou Quzhou transportation, and promote regional economic and social development.

The product characteristics and business model of Xingtu are highly consistent with the concept of shortening the project cycle, reducing financial pressure and realizing risk control that the "ppp+epc" model wants to achieve. As a partner of China Railway No.5 Engineering Group CO., LTD., Xingtu has undertaken to build a number of continuous girder bridges in the HQZQ-1 of the Hangzhou-Quzhou High-speed Railway PPP Project, providing new fabricated corbel and movable suspended scaffolding.
