2022 is a key year for the development of Xingtu. Xingtu staff has overcame difficulties, while a group of excellent employees have emerged. From May 27 to 28, the labor union of the company organized a symposium between excellent employees and the chairman.        

In the past two years, the COVID-19 has been repeated and global commodity prices have soared, leading to sluggish development in many industries. However, Xingtu has successfully achieved performance growth. This is inseparable from the efforts of all employees.

At the symposium, excellent employees focused on several issues: 1.The value that we can create for the company. 2.Spiritual pleasure brought by hard work. 3.How employees improve themselves and give full play to their personal advantages. 4.How to correctly understand the meaning of work and find the foothold of spirit.

The chairman gave guidance to the outstanding employees, emphasizing the need for continuous innovation in work. Only employees with outstanding innovation spirit can maintain their vitality, and only enterprises with innovation ability can maintain their foundation. He emphasized that knowledge and experience should be applied to practical work, verified by practice, summarized and precipitated, shared and multiplied with each other, so that individuals and enterprises can achieve considerable development. Excellent enterprise teams can incubate excellent enterprise culture, and excellent enterprise culture can stabilize the long-term development of enterprises.

The chairman stressed that Xingtu stuff should combine the value of making bridge construction safer, environmentally friendly, efficient and low-cost with practical work, and carry forward  pioneering spirit of leading the industry, the craftsman spirit of striving for perfection, the fighting spirit of fearing difficulties and responding quickly, and the gentleman spirit of abiding by the win-win cooperation between the upright and the enterprise.

Finally, the chairman also described the company's development vision to all the colleagues present, and supported the enterprise trade union to create a better working environment for everyone. He encouraged colleagues to keep in mind the original intention of work, the mission of work, carry forward the spirit of excellence, and maintain diligence, dedication and passion.
