Project Introduction
The main task is to increase the water area and volume of Gucheng Lake and to improve the flood regulation capacity of the basin and ensure the safety of urban flood control by building new dikes and combining with the construction of returning polders to lakes. The main construction contents of the project are 6.2km new dike, 0.2km widening old dike, 3.7km old dike demolished and 6.4km flood control Road on the top of dike. The approved investment of the project is about 378 million yuan.
