Phase II of Binhai Avenue starts from the intersection of Zhanqian Avenue of Phase I of Binhai Avenue and connects with No.977 County Road through Diantou to Hanyangli of Bailing. It is 10.7km long, with a design road width of 40m, two-way six lanes, and a speed of 50 km/h. 10 bridges and 15 culverts are set on the way, with a total project cost of 1.256 billion yuan.
