The project extends to Huanchenghe River in the north, Zhonghuannan Road in the south, Fanggong Road in the east and Chengnan Road in the west, covering an area of about 5.5 square kilometers. The main construction contents include the green square, waterfront space and other public landscape areas, waterfront space water environment transformation, water ecological restoration, as well as architectural sketches, urban furniture, landscape lighting and so on.
