The project starts from the east of Gexiang in Rui'an, connects the terminal of Lingkun to Gexiang Section of Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Expressway and the Gexiang Hub of the southwest line of Wenzhou Ring Expressway, passes through Pingyang County, crosses Aojiang to Cangnan County, and ends at Dailing Tunnel at the junction of Zhejiang and Fujian, and connects with Shachengwan Cross Sea Passage Project.
