The section III of Nandan-Xialao Expressway is located in Liupai Town, Tiane County, Hechi City, Guangxi, with a total length of 17.95km. The whole line is constructed as a two-way four lane Expressway with a design speed of 100km/h.

Dengli No.1 Bridge has a total length of 1072m and is designed in two parts. 9 bored piles with a diameter of 2.2m are used for the pile foundation of the main bridge. The cushion cap adopts 16.7x15.2x5.0m rectangular cushion cap. The main pier is designed as a double leg thin-walled rectangular hollow pier. The thin-walled pier is 8.0m in the transverse direction of the bridge and 3.0m in the longitudinal direction of the bridge. The spacing between the two piers is 5.0m, and the maximum height of the main pier is 131m. The superstructure of the main bridge is a 612.00m long and 12.75m wide prestressed concrete variable cross-section continuous box girder with a maximum single span of 150m.
